Marketing: We complete a comprehensive market evaluation of your business using various methods including but not limited to your past, current and future projected financial position, your business sector, your client mix, your operations profile and your asset mix. Using a combination of these factors we produce a market value evaluation using proprietary analysis tools and industry proven and accepted practices.

Interviewing: Using the evaluation data, we develop a comprehensive marketing plan to attract potential buyers from our network of buyer investors as well as a global system to confidentially solicit new buyers. Once a potential buyer is identified, they are screened for financial capability and industry experience through a series of interviews.  If the potential buyer fulfills the requirements and they are approved by the seller, the buyer executes a series of documents protecting the confidentiality of the seller’s strategic business information.

Negotiating:  A qualified and approved buyer is then introduced to the seller to begin negotiations. All negotiations are managed with First Choice’s comprehensive and copyrighted documentation and agreements. The Associate facilitates all phases of the negotiations until an agreement is reached.

Coordination and Close:  The agreement is clearly and concisely documented and additional paperwork is developed to facilitate and manage a successful transaction.  First Choice facilitates all details of the deal to assure a successful and smooth transition.
