FCBB Induction Training – You will fly to Las Vegas and attend the most detailed and comprehensive business brokerage training academy in the industry today. This is not your “Typical Seminar Style” training course. You will learn the business from the Executive Team that made FCBB the highest grossing brokerage in Nevada! You will learn state of the art marketing strategies, valuations, seller and buyer presentations, proper listing techniques, how to advertise your listings, attracting buyers, completing our copyrighted forms and contracts, and much much more! You will stay at one of Las Vegas’ finest 5 star resorts to make your time with us even more enjoyable and rewarding. Nightly dinners are provided for and hosted by the First Choice Executive Team allowing for more one on one time to learn about one another and the vision of the Team.

Ignition Program – This is a three month post induction program that ties it all together and assists you in getting started quickly.

Support – FCBB offers proactive support calls every week, both individually and network wide.
