Thus making an extremely comprehensive training program…

Three month, post Induction Training, the “Ignition Program” is designed to help you get started quickly in the business. Including a weekly conference call with all your fellow classmates from the Five Day Training, it allows you to ask questions once you are out in the “real-world” and take advantage of continued training week-by-week, designed to get you Ignited and off to a great start…

Ignition Program – Outlined previously, designed to help you put your training into real-world results.

Personal One-on-One Weekly Coaching: After your Ignition Program ends, you move into one-on-one weekly coaching with an expert. This coaching is pro-active support (versus the more common reactive support) and ensures you are moving forward, and being help accountable to your business plan. It’s a key element of our support structure.

Full Time Availability of Telephone Support: In addition to all the pro-active support you get, you always have full-time reactive support available. When you have a question, a real, live expert is available via phone to help you out. With First Choice – you are NEVER on your own, and always in control.

Knowledge Injections: Conference Calls - Hosted by successful brokers, agents and trainers from around the country. Features specific topics with expert presenters to refine your knowledge and allow a forum for you to ask questions.
